Thank you for choosing Chidealz! We are committed to providing every customer with transparent, fair, and reliable shopping protection. The following service policy applies to all products in our store (including foldable camping tents, glasses, cube squeeze sensory toys, rainbow scratch art books,  and more). Please read it carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us anytime.

1. Order & Payment

1. All orders are confirmed upon successful system generation. Please double-check product names, quantities, colors (if applicable), and shipping addresses before checkout.

2. We support multiple mainstream payment methods. All transactions are processed through secure encrypted channels to protect your payment information.

3. In case of stock shortages or pricing errors, we reserve the right to communicate with you to adjust the order within reasonable limits, or issue a full refund.

2. Shipping & Delivery

1. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation (holidays excluded). You will receive a tracking number via email for real-time shipment monitoring.

2. All items are packed with reinforced materials to minimize transit damage. If the outer packaging is severely damaged upon arrival, please take photos as evidence and contact us immediately.

3. We currently offer standard shipping only; expedited or scheduled delivery is not available at this time. Estimated delivery times are subject to the actual performance of the carrier.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We understand that choosing toys sometimes requires a "seeing is believing" experience, so we offer the following protections:

1. Quality-Related Returns/Exchanges: If an item has manufacturing defects, functional failures, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and supporting photos/videos. After verification, we will arrange a free return or exchange and cover both-way shipping costs.

2. Non-Quality-Related Returns: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong selection, size issues), please submit your request within 15 days of receipt. The product must be unused, complete with all accessories, and in its original packaging, in resalable condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Customized items or single-use sealed products (e.g., scratch art books with opened packaging) are not eligible for non-quality returns. We appreciate your understanding.

4. Quality & Safety Commitment

1. All our toys comply with international safety standards and are made from non-toxic, eco-friendly materials to ensure safe use for children.

2. Each batch undergoes random pre-shipment inspection. However, we still recommend that parents perform a quick check before use and supervise playtime, especially for products with small parts or assembly requirements.

5. Customer Service

1. For any order, product, shipping, or after-sales inquiries, please contact us via [email protected] – this is our primary and most responsive channel.

2. Our service hours are PDT 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time). Emails sent outside these hours will be prioritized on the next business day.

3. We promise to provide an initial reply within 24 business hours, and for complex issues, we will offer a solution within 3 business days.

6. Policy Revisions & Interpretation Rights

Chidealz reserves the right to amend this service policy as needed due to operational requirements or regulatory changes. Revised policies will be posted on our sales pages, and the latest version shall prevail. Chidealz holds the final right of interpretation of this policy.
